The search starts long before somebody drops a pin on a map. Technical requirements, market priorities, land availability, power, connectivity, zoning, environmental constraints and ownership narrow a market to the locations that can actually work.
Then we validate the shortlist on the ground. The right site is where the critical constraints can all become true at the same time.
Infrastructure requires more than a willing landlord. We structure terms around access, utilities, expansion, construction rights, long-term operations and the realities of putting mission-critical equipment on somebody else's land.
And discretion matters. The moment a market understands why a site matters, the economics can change.
Connectivity is a route, not a checkbox. We identify providers, understand available infrastructure, negotiate commercial terms and solve the final path into the site.
Where resiliency matters, we work toward physically diverse routes rather than two contracts following the same trench.
Power availability can make or kill an infrastructure opportunity. In many markets the interconnection queue is now measured in years, which means the grid date, not the capital, is what sets the schedule.
So we work power as parallel paths rather than a single dependency: utility capacity and upgrades, redundancy, temporary generation, and partner-led behind-the-meter generation where a project qualifies. Which path fits is a site-by-site question, and answering it belongs in origination rather than after the land is bought.
The objective is not theoretical megawatts. It is usable power on a timeline the project can support.
Every jurisdiction has its own formal requirements, and its own unwritten rules.
We coordinate zoning, environmental, aviation, municipal and other approvals using local professionals where local knowledge matters.
Complex infrastructure is not built by one contractor. We identify and coordinate the right civil, electrical, telecom, engineering, legal, permitting and commissioning resources for the market and the project.

Foundations, conduit, grounding, drainage, security, roads, equipment pads. We sequence the work so each specialty contractor arrives at a site that is actually ready for the next stage.
Sequencing is the quiet difference between a schedule and a story about a schedule.
Infrastructure eventually has to become physical. We coordinate logistics, site readiness, specialty installers, cranes, network infrastructure and the dependencies required to put equipment into service.
The objective is simple: it arrives, it gets installed correctly, it works.
Something always does. A permit stalls, a utility schedule changes, a fiber provider misses a date, a contractor discovers something nobody expected. The plan is not the product; the recovery is.
We own the problem until there is a path forward.

Rob brings more than 25 years of experience in global network infrastructure spanning subsea networks, terrestrial fiber, commercial development and mission-critical site deployment. Over the last five years he has led seven satellite ground-station deployments across multiple international markets, coordinating the land, power, fiber, permitting, contractors and execution required to take complex projects from site search to commissioned operations. That experience became the foundation for Global Infracom's model: assemble the right specialty teams around difficult infrastructure problems and remain accountable for getting them solved.
